What is Triangle?Triangle is a closed figure. Triangle has three sides and three vertices. Triangle has three angles. Sum of all three angles are equal to 180 degree (180^{o}) This triangle can be represented as ABC. A, B and C are vertices of the triangle. Triangles can be classified based on their sides and angles.

Types of Triangles basis on their sides

Equilateral TriangleIf all three sides of a triangle are euqal then it is called equilateral triangle. Each angle of a equilateral triangle is 60 degree (60^{o})

Isosceles TriangleIf any two sides of a triangle are euqal then it is called isosceles triangle.

Scalene TriangleIf all three sides of a triangle have different lengths then it is called scalene triangle.

Types of Triangles basis on their angles

Rightangled TriangleIf one angle is a right angle (90^{o}) then it is called rightangled triangle

Acuteangled TriangleIf all angles of a triangle is acute ( less than 90^{o}) then it is called acuteangled triangle

Obtuseangled TriangleIf one angle of a triangle is Obtuse ( greater than 90^{o} and less than 180^{o} ) then it is called obtuseangled triangle.
